The college relies on its community to identify and report behaviors of concern so the proper support services and resources can be provided to students and employees. We are all responsible for campus safety. If you see something, say something, and do something.
Just Report it
Report Sexual Misconduct
Sexual misconduct includes gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking behaviors.
Report Unlawful Discrimination
Anyone who feels they have experienced unlawful discrimination or harassment, or who has learned of such conduct in their official capacity, should report it using the form below.
Report Disruptive Behavior or Student Conduct Violations
Disruptive behavior that interferes with instruction or a student鈥檚 ability to learn is prohibited. Students and employees may report violations outlined in BP/AP 5500 (PDF) .
Employee Complaint or Workplace Concern
Employees may report ethical concerns, discrimination or harassment, or workplace violence incidents or risks.
Report Academic Dishonesty
Academic dishonesty includes cheating, plagiarism, falsification of data, or providing false information related to coursework or exams.

Use this form to refer yourself or others to the Bulldog Intervention Team (BIT). BIT coordinates support plans to promote safety and wellness.
Student Complaint or Grievance
Students seeking resolution for a complaint or grievance may submit a request using the form below.
Basic Needs Resource Request
The Basic Needs Center connects students with resources related to food, housing, health, technology, and childcare.
Grade Review
Students who believe a grade was assigned due to mistake, fraud, bad faith, or incompetence may initiate the grade review process. Steps one through three must be completed before submitting a request.
