Noncredit classes are free and funded by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office.
Teaching for Fee-Based/College for Kids
Community Education also offers fee-based courses. These classes are self-supported and require an enrollment fee.

The Community Education class schedule is developed six months in advance. Fee-based courses will not be offered in the same term in which the proposal is submitted.
Proposal Deadlines for Academic Year 2026 – 2027
- Summer term: December 1, 2025
- Fall term: February 1, 2026
- Spring term: July 1, 2026
